Now, let’s dive into the star of the show: the pierogies. Customers rave about a variety of selections ranging from the bold jalapeno cheddar to the savory sloppy kielbasy, both of which are must-tries, according to local food enthusiasts. One particularly enthusiastic patron, Caitlin McMullen, declared that every dish on the menu is a winner, but don’t miss the Hela's dip — a creamy addition that elevates any dish.
Reviewers like Jonathan emphasize the delightful contrast of textures found in the pan-fried offerings, where the mac and cheese pierogies showcase a crispy exterior that gives way to a cheesy, savory center. The caramelized onions are highly praised and offer a sweet depth that complements the rich flavors of the pierogies, turning every bite into a mini celebration of Eastern European nostalgia.
But it’s not just about the pierogies. Food lovers like Max Fogel have echoed sentiments about the chicken soup that's not only heartwarming but also crafted from fresh ingredients, showcasing the restaurant’s dedication to quality. The prices remain friendly, especially with their enticing lunch deals, confirming that you can indulge without breaking the bank.

“ One of my favorite places to eat! Literally everything on the menu is delicious. My faves are jalapeno cheddar pierogis or the sloppy kielbasy (as pictured). Also get the Helens dip no matter what you get. (Unless ur vegan). ”
“ Found this place by accident because Finback weren't doing dumplings...but WOW I'm glad we did. The service was so kind, so friendly, just perfect. The pierogis were delicious. The portions were big. The space is nice. The prices are good. Faultless. ”
“ I enjoyed eating here so much several years ago, I looked them up again when I was recently visiting the area. The food is fresh and delicious. The restaurant is well maintained and the service very friendly. Look forward to my next chance to visit on a future trip. ”
“ Amazing cheese & potato pierogies, really good chicken soup. Dining area is clean, cute, and comfy. Lunch deal rocks! A little more expensive otherwise, but still worth it IMO. Wish I took pics of the food but I ate it so fast that I didn’t get the chance... ”
“ Very warm and cute ambience, love this place! The staff are very friendly and helpful, service was great. We tried boiled bacon cheddar and the pan-fried mac and cheese pierogis, absolutely delicious! The bacon flavor hits you right off the bat with the combination of soft and cheesy potatoes. If you like onions, their caramelized onions are so superb that I can eat them on their own. The sour cream was a great addition to serve as a dip. Although, i wouldn’t recommend the sour cream and onions for the pan- fried mac and cheese as it overpowers the flavors. The pan-fried mac and cheese were fried to perfection. It has a crisp to the bite and a little softness as well. The mac and cheese was savory. We ended up going back to order more! ”
“ Baba’s Pierogi offers delicious, traditional pierogi with soft dough and flavorful fillings like potato and cheese or spinach and feta. Great portions, friendly service, and a cozy vibe make it a must-visit for comfort food lovers. ”
“ We were having hard to choose what to order and decided to go with the special pierogies and they were so goooood—recommended!! Feel like most people order takeout, so it’s actually a nice place to eat and chat with friends:) ”
“ Absolutely delicious, fresh and comforting pierogies (with meat, veggie and vegan options) and the friendliest service! The lady who waited our table was so helpful and courteous - thank you! Everything was great - would definitely return. ”
